THE WOODLANDS, TX--National Land Realty, a land brokerage company based in Greenville, SC, is expanding into the Texas market.
“Texas is kind of the next jump for us,” Jason Walter, the firm's founder and CEO, told GlobeSt.com. “We found the right partner to expand.”
That partner is Rick Gaul, who will lead the organization's expansion into Texas. Gaul will work out of an office in The Woodlands.
“I'm excited about taking my knowledge and experience to a whole new level with National Land Realty,” Gaul said in a release. “Beyond the great people, their technical infrastructure and aggressive marketing are second to none. I've never seen anything like it.”
In addition to his 30 years of brokerage experience, Gaul is a real estate entrepreneur, focusing on The Woodlands and North Houston markets.
Founded in 2007, National Land Realty now has 19 offices in eight states. Walter says the firm's area of expertise is in selling primarily rural land, including ranches.
