DALLAS—Phoenix-based Vestar has won the leasingassignment of Village on the Parkway, a357,731-square-foot center situated on 31 acres in Far NorthDallas, at Belt Line Road and Montfort Drive. It was retainedby the asset's large institutional owner to handle propertymanagement, leasing and marketing.

Reps for the company say it intends to “refresh the property'smerchandising strategy while enhancing the shopping experiencethrough marketing programs and community-oriented events.”
