MALVERN, PA—Greydon (Greydie) Sargent III, a Prologis construction executive, has been named senior vice president of construction and development for Liberty Property Trust's Southeastern Pennsylvania region.    

Greydie brings to us a wealth of experience in industrial development,” says Mike Hagan, executive vice president and chief investment officer, Liberty Property Trust. “As we continue to develop our industrial portfolio we will look to him to provide insight, guidance and leadership.”

Sargent comes to Liberty with more than a decade of experience at Prologis in Boston, where he most recently served as a vice president and development manager for the multinational real estate investment trust, focusing on holdings in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey and New England.

He joined Prologis from Campanneli Companies in Braintree, MA, where he was a real estate developer and project manager.

Sargent holds a bachelor's degree in architectural engineering from Vermont Technical College, and Certificates in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Finance, from Boston University. He also studied architecture at Boston Architectural College. He is certified LEED AP + Construction and holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License.  Sargent is a member of the American Society of Architectural Engineers, the American Institute of Steel Construction, the Roofing Contractors Institute and the National Roofing Contractors Association.

Sargent will be based in Liberty's home office in Malvern, PA. He is relocating to the area from Boston.
