MALVERN, PA—Greydon (Greydie) Sargent III, a Prologis construction executive, has been named senior vice president of construction and development for Liberty Property Trust's Southeastern Pennsylvania region.
“Greydie brings to us a wealth of experience in industrial development,” says Mike Hagan, executive vice president and chief investment officer, Liberty Property Trust. “As we continue to develop our industrial portfolio we will look to him to provide insight, guidance and leadership.”
Sargent comes to Liberty with more than a decade of experience at Prologis in Boston, where he most recently served as a vice president and development manager for the multinational real estate investment trust, focusing on holdings in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey and New England.
