LAS VEGAS—The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) has elected a number of industry professionals to its Board of Trustees at a meeting held this week in Las Vegas. The newly elected members and officers join a board of 56 industry leaders who are responsible for setting the strategic direction of the association with its more than 70,000 worldwide members.
The new members elected to ICSC's Board of Trustees include:

This past January, the Board of Trustees updated the ICSC Bylaws to strengthen the organization and make it more responsive to the needs of its members, which now stand at more than 70,000 in 107 countries. The revised Bylaws help to enhance the transparency of governance and management and improve its system of checks and balances. The newly restructured Board of Trustees assumes a high-level advisory role, while a subset, the Executive Board, takes on responsibility for all policy and governance.
The Board of Trustees appointed 14 voting trustees and three non-voting senior ICSC staff executives to the Executive Board.
