MIAMI—Crema Gourmet Espresso Bar first took its talents to South Beach. Now, the concept is expanding into Coral Gables.

Crema has opened a second Miami location at the BAC Colonnade Office Tower, a 12-story class A office building in Downtown Coral Gables at 2333 Ponce de Leon Boulevard. That's on the corner of Ponce de Leon Boulevard and Miracle Mile. Crema inked a 1,375-square-foot lease on the building's ground floor.

Danet Linares, Andres del Corral, and Flavia Eternod of Blanca Commercial Real Estate represented the BAC's ownership in the transaction. Crema joins other Morton's Steakhouse and SUSHISAMBA in the building's restaurant lineup. Medina Capital, Thr33fold Studio, SB Architects, Wells Fargo Advisors, and BAC Florida Bank also call the building home.

With the adjacent Westin Colonnade Hotel, which is undergoing a series of renovations, office tenants have access to hotel facilities, including a fitness center, heated pool, meeting rooms, event ballrooms, and concierge services. Office tower amenities include valet service, on-site security and property management, and conference facilities. A Coral Gables trolley stop is located on site.

“Coral Gables is the gold standard for urban, walkable, 24-hour neighborhoods in Miami-Dade County, and the BAC Colonnade has been one of its most desirable addresses for decades,” Linares tells GlobeSt.com. “The building's 'main and main' location right on Miracle Mile is unbeatable and a series of renovations in progress will be completed over the coming year, including lobby upgrades and the addition of a new fitness center and ground-floor café. We're also adding a concierge service that tenants can access seven days a week.”
