DALLAS--Venture Investment Partners, a recently formed investment group from Venture Commercial Real Estate, has acquired Preston Stonebrook, a 58,594-square-foot specialty center located on the southwest corner of Preston Road and Stonebrook Parkway in Frisco.

The deal marks the second acquisition by Venture Investment Partners, having bought Hulen Fashion Center, a 181,620-square-foot center in Fort Worth in 2013.

Bo Brownlee and Easley Waggoner Jr. lead Venture Investment Partners, in conjunction with the partners and principals of Venture Commercial, and are looking to acquire similar assets.

"We plan to make more investments like these, where we can utilize the knowledge and expertise of the Venture team to provide outstanding leasing, property management and asset management services, and ultimately increase value for investors," Brownlee told GlobeSt.com.

“The acquisitions of Preston Stonebrook and Hulen Fashion Center are the first of many more to come throughout DFW and the state of Texas.”

Brownlee and Waggoner Jr. represented Venture Investment Partners in the transaction. JLL represented the seller, Dunhill Partners. Venture will handle leasing and management for the center, which is currently 100 percent leased. Tenants include Hallmark, Le Peep Grill, PrimaCare, Republic Title and Taco Bell.
