LEANDER, TX—Addison-based Cadence McShane Construction Co. has completed Legacy at Crystal Falls, a luxury senior living development on behalf of PinPoint Commercial LP, in Leander.

Occupying a 5.1 acre site on the northwest corner of Lakeline Boulevard and Crystal Falls Parkway, the development offers residential units serving 140 individuals with assisted-living and memory-care requirements.

“Legacy at Crystal Falls was Cadence McShane's third Legacy project completed for PinPoint Commercial,” David Tague, vice president of housing and senior living at Cadence McShane Construction, told GlobeSt.com. “This was a collaboration of the entire team that ended with a zero deficiencies report from TDADS during the initial survey. All parties involved worked diligently to make this happen.”

Legacy at Crystal Falls was designed and constructed around a “main street and neighborhood” concept, established by the developer. The complex centers around a centralized community amenity area that features a restaurant, convenience store, movie theater, spa, fitness center and sports bar. Each wing within the facility serves as a separate neighborhood equipped with unique common areas and a corresponding theme.

In addition to the layout, Cadence McShane constructed the interior spaces following a stylish yet comfortable design that incorporated upscale fixtures and finishes. The exterior of the building was completed utilizing stucco and synthetic stone, creating a low-maintenance setting for the community. As part of the assignment, the firm also completed the project's site work including landscaping, walkways and on-site parking for visitors and staff.

Other senior-living facilities the firm has completed include Legacy at Bear Creek in Keller and Legacy at Falcon Point in Katy.

Three Square Design Group provided the architectural services for the development.
