HOUSTON--Colvill Office Properties has closed on a 12,937-square-foot new office lease, on behalf of Parmenter Realty Partners, at Brookhollow Central I.

The tenant, Total Renal Care Inc., will use the space as the firm's new corporate office.

"Parmenter has done an incredible job with renovations to the facility and the convenient access and proximity to downtown and the Galleria were an added plus in lease negotiations.”

Total Renal Care, which operates as a subsidiary of DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc., will move into the 201,210-square-foot class A office building, located on a 10-acre site at Highway 290 and Loop 610. The property is part of a three-building complex that is nearby The Galleria and downtown Houston.

Haggard Jr., Brad Beasley and Tripp Pruet of Colvill Office Properties represented Parmenter in the lease transaction. Louis Carpenter of Johnson Controls Real Estate represented the tenant.
