HACKENSACK, NJ—Two of the tristate area's leading law firms have renewed their leases at Court Plaza South, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises' class A office complex at 21 Main Street in Hackensack.

In the larger transaction, Winne, Banta, Basralian & Kahn P.C. renewed and expanded to 17,500 square feet of space. A Court Plaza tenant since 1990, Winne Banta is the oldest and one of the largest full-service law firms in Bergen County.

Court Plaza is the premier office address in downtown Hackensack,” says Michael Stingone, Esq., Winne Banta's co-managing partner. “Along with proximity to the Bergen County Courthouse, our clients and employees value Court Plaza's numerous amenities and conveniences, particularly the on-site covered parking and full-service cafeteria. Both brand and location are very important to our firm. After 25 years at this address, Court Plaza has become synonymous with the Winne Banta brand, and we are thrilled to continue our tenancy here.”

In the second transaction, Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck LLP renewed its lease for 7,500 square feet. Both transactions were negotiated in-house by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. Winne Banta was represented by Marc J. Trevisan and David Sherman of Cushman & Wakefield NJ; Peter T. Rossi and Kevin J. Murphy of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck LLP.

Situated directly across from the Bergen County Courthouse, Court Plaza is widely recognized as the premier legal address in Bergen County, according to Stephen C. Jennings, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises' vice-president of leasing and marketing.

“These lease extensions reaffirm the significant value that Bergen County's legal community places in Court Plaza's coveted downtown Hackensack location and quality on-site amenities,” says Jennings. “We are pleased that Winne Banta and Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck have decided to renew their commitment to Court Plaza, and look forward to continuing our long-standing relationship with these valued tenants for years to come.”
