GARDEN GROVE, CA—Addressing “A View of the Future,” a group of commercial real estate industry leaders discussed the shifting landscape of property management during an executive think tank at the Institute of Real Estate Management, Orange County Chapter's recent 2015 Southern California Real Estate Conference and Tradeshow.

The group included The Irvine Company's Holly McManus, moderator, with panelists Mike Kent of Goodman Birtcher, Steve Mensinger of Mesa Management, Cheryl Todd of Coreland Companies and Maria Sicola of Cushman & Wakefield.

The group talked about market trends and strategies being implemented in today's real estate management industry.

“Technology and commercial real estate have never been more integrated, with the most dynamic advances in tools to share knowledge, mine “big data,” and stay competitive,” said Sicola, who heads Cushman & Wakefield's Research for the Americas platform. “Digital tools are swiftly changing the industry and the way it works. Moving forward, the industry will continue to be shaped by innovation.”
