OAKLAND, NJJones Lang LaSalle completed the sale of the class A, 62,368-square-foot building at 107 Bauer Drive in Oakland, NJ, for Wagner SprayTech Corp., a Minneapolis-based company that manufactures advanced paint applicators. J World Sports Inc., an international backpack and luggage retailer, acquired the warehouse and distribution facility for an undisclosed amount.

Howard Weinberg, executive vice president, and Michael Palmeri, associate, both with JLL, represented Wagner SprayTech. The buyer was represented by Jame Yi with Kingstone Realty.

J World Sports was looking for more space for its thriving business,” says Weinberg. “Located within Oakland-McBride Technical Park, 107 Bauer Drive offered the backpack and luggage retailer with the expansion space it required in a facility that more than met its needs.”

The single-story 107 Bauer Drive also includes approximately 7,994 square feet of office space. Built in 1976, the facility features 18- to 20-foot ceiling heights, three loading docks and one drive-in door, and 88 parking spaces.

The property is located on 3.06 acres at the intersection of Bauer Drive and Thornton Road, close to Route 208 and Route 287.
