SAN DIEGO—Sunroad Enterprises, developer of theCentrum Master Plan in central San Diego, hasstarted construction on phase four of Ariva. Phasefive of Ariva will break ground in early 2016. Earlier phases ofthese luxury apartments have been extremely well received, the firmsaid. Ariva is part of the Centrum Master Plan, which encompassesfour city blocks and features residential, commercial, retail,restaurants, and community green space.

“As a key component of the CentrumMaster Plan, Ariva exemplifies quality and cutting edgearchitecture,” said RichardVann, president of the realestate division for Sunroad “We are using forward-thinkingtechnology and first class amenities, so that these homes cancontinue to be enjoyed for generations to come.”

Phase four of Ariva will bring 302 new apartments to the Arivacommunity, with rents anticipated to range from $1,700 to$2,500/mo. The new apartment homes will feature similar yetupgraded in-demand features and finishes of the existingresidences: spacious layouts, quartz countertops, hardwood-styleflooring, eco-friendly carpet, and stainless steel and energy-starappliances. In addition, the new phases of Ariva will feature thefinest amenities such as an elevated spa and pool, multi-storiedfitness facilities, rooftop lounges with built-in barbecues,semi-private social areas with sand fire pits and wooded elevateddeck systems, a business center, clubrooms, and game room.Residents of phase four will also have access to the ArivaSocial Club, lounge and spa, concierge, same-day grocerydelivery, dry cleaning, and other services. When completed, Arivawill consist of over 800 apartment homes at the heart of theCentrum development. Ariva is being built by Sunroad Enterprises,designed by KTGY Architects, with interior designby Catalina Design Group, and is being built byWermers Construction.
