DALLAS--VCM Development Group LLC has sold an 119,868-square-foot site in Frisco to Primrose Schools. The site is located at the northeast corner of Main Street & Teel Parkway in west Frisco.

Primrose will anchor VCM Development's Teel Crossing I shopping center development. Vaughn Miller, president & CEO of VCM Development Group represented the seller and David Shelton of CBRE / UCR represented Primrose.

“We're excited to have Primrose schools anchor our development; they are one of the leaders in educational child care and will be a great addition to West Frisco,” says Miller.

VCM is developing a 20,020-square-foot retail center adjacent to Primrose on the tract, which was acquired in 2014 by the VCM Commercial Real Fund.

Some $3.8 million of project financing for the VCM shopping center development was provided by BB&T bank and arranged by Scott Lynn and Brandon Wilhite Metropolitan Capital Advisors.

“Teel Crossing's location near Frisco's $5 Billion dollar mile and the tremendous growth in the market, combined with Vaughn Miller's retail experience, were compelling factors in securing financing for the project,” says Wilhite.
