CENTREVILLE, VA—Old Centreville Crossing, a 170,000-square foot shopping center here has traded for $55.5 million. JBG/Old Centreville LLC picked up the asset, which is 98% leased and located at 13810-13860 Braddock Rd.

The KLNB Retail Investment Sales Group's Andy Stape, Mat Adler, and Vito Lupo represented the seller in the transaction.

The property is anchored by H-Mart and Spa World. It also houses International House of Pancakes, Glory Days Bar & Grill, and Woori American Bank.

A Northern Virginia property, Old Centreville Crossing understandably has good visibility and is exposed to a healthy traffic flow. Some 56,000 vehicles pass the site on a daily basis.
