MIAMI—Le Parc at Brickell, 128-unit luxury condominium in Miami's Brickell Financial District, just topped off at 12 stories. Miami-based ALTA Developers is developing the asset.
Le Parc at Brickell is set to come online in the fourth quarter of 2015. It will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences, including studios and two-story townhomes.

Located at 1600 Southwest 1st Avenue, Le Parc at Brickell is billing itself as the best value in Brickell without skimping on amenities. Preconstruction condos range from the low $300,000s to the mid-$700,000s. The development currently is about 85% sold.

ALTA also recently topped off construction at The Mile, a luxury multifamily building under development in Coral Gables in partnership with Greystone Properties. The firm also delivered Baltus House, a 167-unit condominium in the Design District co-developed with Related Group. Other projects currently underway include Neovita Doral, One Paraiso, and 3900 Biscayne.
