TAMPA, FL—Teal Henderson is returning to Calkain's Tampa office. She started her career at the net lease brokerage's Central Florida operations in 2010.
Within a year, Henderson was promoted and opened the Midwest office in St. Louis. During her time there, she continued to monitor Florida's net lease market. Essentially, she did double duty, covering both markets and introducing Midwest buyers to Florida's net leased assets.
“I am very happy to return to Tampa,” says Henderson. “The region is seeing a great deal of growth and revitalization and I am surprised at the number of new development opportunities in the market.”
Henderson begins her sixth year with Calkain and works closely with managing director, Betty Friant, from Calkain's Reston, VA office to better serve clients in multiple markets. Together they have become a top-performing team within Calkain with closings over $60 million in net lease transactions year to date.
“Many new concepts and national tenants are adding Florida and specifically, Tampa, to their roster of locations,” Henderson says. “There is such a large purchaser appetite for Florida net lease assets.”
