CHERRY HILL, NJ— Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care has leased 22,159 square feet of of?ce space at the Colwick Business Center, a Cherry Hill complex featuring three single-story office buildings owned and managed by an affiliate entity of Endurance Real Estate Group. Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care will join The Philadelphia Inquirer, QMA, MorphoTrust USA, South Jersey Behavioral Health Resources, and others in the complex.

Wolf Commercial Real Estate's team of Jason Wolf and Leor Hemo exclusively represented Endurance in the marketing and leasing of the Colwick properties, working collaboratively with ownership and the brokerage community. Markeim Chalmers represented the tenant. WCRE has now leased 45,357 square feet of space to new tenants at this well located corporate office park.
