NORWOOD, NJ—M&J Innovations, a trade show company providing installation, exhibit construction, dismantling and storage services worldwide, is relocating from The Bronx to 20,400 square feet at 385 Chestnut Street in Norwood, NJ, one of six buildings comprising Alfred Sanzari Enterprises' Norwood industrial portfolio.

Andrew Somple of NAI James E. Hanson represented Alfred Sanzari Enterprises in the transaction. M&J Innovations was represented by Mitchell H. Helfman of MRH Real Estate Services.

M&J Innovations is expanding and relocating its home base from The Bronx, NY. The company will occupy approximately half of the 385 Chestnut Street building. The firm's CEO, Michael Harrigan, noted the potential for future expansion as one of the key factors in selecting this site.

After looking at several other Bergen County properties, M&J Innovations was impressed with 385 Chestnut Street's layout.

“Two warehouse areas, with a 9,000-square-foot space in between, is perfect for my shop,” says Harrigan. “It is the ideal location for what our company is trying to do, and where we are going in the future.”

Harrigan also praised the professionalism of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. “The real estate organization and their brokerage team have been great to work with,” he says. “When it comes time to lease or buy a property, it is so important to trust and like the people with whom you're dealing.”

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises' Norwood industrial portfolio is located at 335, 355, 375 and 385 Chestnut Street, and 10 and 50 Maple Street in Norwood. It is situated in proximity to the Palisades Interstate Parkway, Route 9W, The New York State Thruway, and George Washington and Tappan Zee bridges. Ceiling heights range from 16 to 18 feet, and buildings offer abundant on-site parking.

“This location offers a number of important advantages for companies' logistical and manufacturing operations,” says Jerry L. Barta, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises' vice-president/director of leasing and marketing. “We are excited to have a dynamic and growing company like M&J Innovations join our tenant roster, and look forward to serving their current and future requirements in this prime location.”
