DALLAS—Berkadia has announced the expansion of its investment sales team in Dallas. William Jarnagin, Michael Ware and Taylor Hill are joining the firm as senior directors; the group collectively brings more than 25 years of multifamily sales experience to Berkadia's investment sales team in Dallas, specializing in value-add and institutional assets.

“Berkadia has expanded aggressively, adding several new advisors and offices so far in 2015,” Brent Long, president of investment sales at Berkadia, told GlobeSt.com. “William, Michael and Taylor are an integral part of Berkadia's growth in Texas, and they are excellent additions to our existing team and services within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.” 

The new hires will work closely in the office with managing directors Jay Gunn and Tom Burns.

Jarnagin, Ware and Hill join from Marcus & Millichap's Dallas office, where they together closed $350 million in sales spanning more than 12,300 total units. Hill worked with a team that closed more than $1.2 billion in sales.
