MIAMI—Sabina Plaza at Bird Road, a 51,044-square-foot retail center located in Miami, is up for sale. Marcus & Millichap just listed the retail asset for $13.616 million.
Kirk D. Olson and Drew A. Kristol, both vice president investments in Marcus & Millichap's Miami office, are representing the seller. The seller is a limited liability company from North Miami.
“The property is in impeccable condition with minimal deferred maintenance and excellent curb appeal,” says Olson. “This is a rare opportunity for an investor to own a newer construction shopping center in one of Miami's most attractive, high-growth submarkets.”
Dollar Tree anchors the retail center. Sabina Plaza includes diverse mix of national and local tenants including a daycare, martial arts studio, dance studio, dental office, nail salon, beauty salon, cross-fit gym and two restaurants.
Walgreens and Bank of America are outparcels to the property and attract significant traffic. hey are not included in the offering. Sabina Plaza at Bird Road is located at 4001 Southwest 152nd Avenue. The retail center sits on the signalized corner of Bird Road and Southwest 152nd Avenue.
Retail assets are still selling strong in Florida. Yesterday, I reported on a record cap rate for a Wells Fargo branch.
