MIAMI—Condo developers are still placing bets on Edgewater. Two Roads Development, an entity formed by the parent company of Eastview Development, announced plans to build Elysee Residences.

Two Roads is billing Elysee as a boutique high-rise. The 57-story tower will feature only 100 units on Biscayne Bay at 700 Northeast 23rd Street. Elysee will break ground in the first quarter of 2016, with completion slated for the second quarter of 2018. Prices range from $1.65 million to over $10 million, and averaging about $750 per square foot.

“When it comes to finding exclusivity in East Edgewater, there's nothing like Elysee,” Reid Boren, partner at Two Roads, tells GlobeSt.com. “Offering only 100 units, each with direct views of Biscayne Bay, this ultra-luxury boutique tower is an oasis in the heart of one of Miami's most desirable neighborhoods.”

Elysee will offer three- to five-bedroom residences with den options, as well as duplexes and full-floor penthouses, that range from 2,660 up to 4,000 square feet. There will be a maximum of two units per floor and all units will have unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay, Miami Beach and the Downtown Miami skyline.

Designed by Miami architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia, founder of Arquitectonica, the 57-story glass structure will offer a three-tiered telescoping shape. Elysee, then, will be the tallest residential high-rise in the East Edgewater neighborhood.

Elysee's elegant design concepts are the creation of France's top interior designer Jean-Louis Deniot, who was featured on the ELLE Décor and AD 100 lists of the world's preeminent talents in architecture and interior design. One of his most recent projects was the Cha^teau Latour winery for French business mogul Franc¸ois Pinault.  There are two sky-high amenity decks.

Elysee is located in Miami's East Edgewater, a bayfront neighborhood east of Biscayne Boulevard and between the Venetian and Julia Tuttle causeways. East Edgewater is near the Miami Design District, Wynwood Arts District, Midtown, Miami Beach and Downtown Miami neighborhoods.
