RIVERSIDE, CA—CT Realty says construction hasbegun on CT Sycamore Center, the first developmentfor the $120 million joint venture formed in 2014 between CT Realtyand Prudential Real Estate Investors.

The joint venture was established to develop new, for-saleindustrial buildings throughout Southern California.

CT Sycamore Center, located within the 1,400-acreSycamore Canyon Business Park on the northwestcorner of Dan Kipper Drive and SycamoreCanyon Boulevard, is being built on 13.1acres located near the Interstate 215/60 freewayinterchange. The development project will encompass five class Aindustrial buildings totaling 230,672 square feet on one of the fewsites remaining for industrial development in the businesspark.
