DALLAS--Transwesternhas represented three new-to-the-arearetail brands in securing local space. Transwestern vicepresident Grant Gold represented the tenants in all threetransactions.

The stores are To Be Continued Boutique, whichwill lease space at The Pavilion on Lovers Lane inDallas; The Yoga Factory and Wellness Center, tobe located at The Shops at Legacy in Plano; andcoffee and ice cream shop Twizzles, headed toAllen.

“The current market conditions – a low vacancy rate and highrental rates – make it increasingly difficult to meet the demand ofeach client's needs,” Gold told GlobeSt.com. “It's much more thansimply finding space that's the right size and a decent location.There's a host of factors that go into creating the perfectscenario to set up a new retail brand for lasting success, which isour ultimate goal as real estate advisors. We're there for thelifetime of this brand, not this one deal.”
