MAHWAH, LEBANON AND HASKELL, NJ—NAI James E. Hanson brokered three separate transactions totaling 141,564-square-feet of space in New Jersey.

The largest was the sale/leaseback of a 119,264-square-foot industrial building located at 1595 MacArthur Boulevard, Mahwah, NJ to Cabot Properties. Hanson's Kenneth D. Lundberg, SIOR, Steve Pastor and Patrick Lennon represented the seller, 1595 MacArthur Blvd. LLC in the transaction and negotiated a long-term lease deal to allow Dimensional Communications to remain in the state-of-the-art facility which currently houses all of its operations.

The building features 100,264-square-feet of warehouse and production space as well as 19,000-square-feet of newly renovated office space. The state-of-the-art facility boasts 25-foot ceilings and a number of advanced systems designed to accommodate DCI's operations. Situated on a 9.95 acre lot and the property offers 163 free surface parking spaces.

Hanson also arranged the sale of Hunterdon Auto, 1130 Route 22 West in Lebanon.  Senior vice president Josh Levering, SIOR and vice president Sigmund Schorr represented the seller, Lacamera Realty, in the sale of the 18,500 state-of-the-art auto center to Calvert Family Holdings. The buyer plans to use the site for the sale, lease and service of previously owned vehicles.

Situated on six acres with parking available to accommodate over 300 vehicles, the full service auto dealership and showroom  includes 7-bay service areas and car wash, a modern service and parts department and cleaning station, a showroom with a coffee station and waiting area. 

Hanson also brokered the sale of a 3,800-square-foot neighborhood retail center at 1108-1116 Ringwood Avenue in Haskell, NJ. Darren Lizzack, associate vice president, and Randy Horning, senior sales associate, represented the seller, Abeth Reality Company Inc., in the transaction. Defino & Co. Realtors represented the buyer.
