PHILADELPHIA, PA—Rubenstein Partners has named new members of its team in financing, acquisitions, and asset management.

Scott Whittle joins Rubenstein Partners as director of financings, Jonathan Jacobs was named asset management associate; and Conor Brennan joins the firm as an acquisitions associate. 

"We're pleased to welcome Scott Whittle, Jon Jacobs, and Conor Brennan to the Rubenstein Partners team," says David Rubenstein, founder and senior managing partner. "Scott joins us to oversee our lender relationships and manage financing of assets in our portfolio, while Jon and Conor will expand our base of talent in acquisitions and asset management."

Whittle is responsible for working with lending institutions and similar capital providers, procuring new debt at both the property and fund level and managing debt across the portfolio in each Fund.

Before joining Rubenstein, Scott worked as a vice president of finance for KTR Capital Partners, an investor in industrial real estate, where he was responsible for debt originations, debt portfolio management and cash management of the funds.  Before KTR Capital Partners, Scott was a senior associate with LBC Credit Partners, a private equity firm focused on lending to middle market companies across the United States, and also worked for Standard & Poor's CVC, focused on business valuation financial advisory. He holds a BS in finance and international business from the University of Maryland.

Jacobs, who also previously worked at KTR, managed the quarterly and annual valuation process of the 300+ asset investment portfolio.  He previously worked in the Real Estate Business Advisory Services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where his responsibilities included valuations, valuation review, and investment and financial due diligence across a variety of investment managers and all real estate asset classes.  He holds a BS in finance from Pennsylvania State University.

Brennan previously was a member of KPMG's Economic & Valuation Services practice where he provided financial analysis and consulting services to commercial real estate clients across the United States.  He holds a BBA in finance from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
