BLOOMFIELD, NJ—Hollister Construction Services has completed a new, three-building self-storage facility for the Hampshire Real Estate Cos. at 104 Orange Street in Bloomfield, NJ.
Hollister demolished an existing vacant structure and constructed the three self-storage buildings, totaling 107,800 square feet. The main unit spans seven stories and offers 105,000 square feet of storage space, with the other two units each providing 1,400 square feet of space.
“Hollister provides clients with the knowledge, expertise and depth of skill to efficiently complete these types of projects,” says Christopher Johnson, CEO of Hollister. “We are deeply committed to New Jersey's revitalization, and are pleased to have been chosen for a project that will enhance the surrounding neighborhood, and bring new economic activity to the town of Bloomfield.”
