CHATHAM, NJ—Dermody Properties has named Jeffrey Zygler senior vice president, capital deployment, in the company's East Region Office in Chatham, NJ.

Zygler is responsible for identifying, underwriting and executing industrial acquisition and development opportunities in the eastern United States. He will also pursue national build-to-suit opportunities with key Dermody Properties customers.

Before joining Dermody Properties, Zygler led the development of eight million square feet in industrial projects throughout North America. Most recently, Zygler was vice president of development at KTR Capital Partners. Earlier in his career at KTR Capital Partners, he was involved in the underwriting of over $3 billion of industrial investment opportunities in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic markets.
