IRVINE, CA—What started as collaborative space to enhance creativity and productivity in the office has expanded to include places in which employees can socialize, take breaks and relax in the office. Workplaces that offer employees these common-area spaces that include ping-pong tables, TVs and spaces to “hang out” are becoming more common in Orange County, Kelemen & Caamano Investments principal Tibor Kelemen tells GlobeSt.com.
