GRAND PRAIRIE, TX--Cabot Properties has purchased an 18.4-acre site in Grand Prairie, and along with Stream Realty Partners, plans to develop Trinity Crossing, two class A industrial buildings totaling 322,853 square feet.
Designed to accommodate tenants from 30,000 up to 175,000 square feet, the buildings will be located at the intersection of Roy Orr and Trinity boulevards in the Great Southwest submarket.
“Our team is extremely excited about the Trinity Crossing development as it will offer state of the art shallow bay, industrial product," Cannon Green, managing director and partner of Stream Realty Dallas, told GlobeSt.com. “The tenant size increments we can deliver here are in greatest demand.”
Stream Realty Partners will develop and lease the project, which is the net result of a land aggregation of three tracts of land totaling 40 acres, and a simultaneous sale of 21 acres to a third party.
Green and Luke Davis, associate at Stream, will oversee the leasing of the project. Steve Riordan, construction manager of Stream's construction division, will oversee the project.
The project is expected to break ground this month and will deliver in the second quarter of 2016.
