SOMERSET, NJ—Industrial coatings manufacturer DSS is leasing 39 Veronica Avenue in Somerset, NJ, a 37,086-square-foot industrial property.
Bussel Realty Corp. senior vice president Herb Zimmerman and vice president Manny Judah represented the building owner, Torsiello & Sons. NAI DiLeo Bram represented the tenant.
“DSS will have 60 new employees at 39 Veronica Avenue and utilize the facility to provide its protective coating services for commercial and industrial clients,” says Zimmerman. “The company is relocating from Piscataway, NJ.”
39 Veronica Avenue is near I-287 and the New Jersey Turnpike. The property offers 22-foot ceiling heights, 5,000 square feet of offices, 30-foot by 40-foot column spacing, three tailboards and one drive-in, 2,500 amps of power, and over 35 parking spaces.
