FORT WORTH--Anthracite Realty Partners, an affiliate of Jetta Operating Co. Inc., has engaged Stream Realty Partners to oversee leasing and to provide pre-development consulting services for 640 Taylor, a 313,000-square-foot office development in downtown Fort Worth.
The 25-story glass-and-steel tower will serve as the new headquarters of Jetta, which will initially lease 70,000 square feet within the project.
“When completed, 640 Taylor will be one of the premier office buildings in the entire metroplex,” Seth Koschak, Stream Realty Partners managing director, told GlobeSt.com. “We believe this is a real opportunity for Fort Worth to attract out-of-state corporate relocations looking at North Texas. Additionally, we're already in early discussions with several local tenants looking for an experience unmatched in the Fort Worth marketplace.”
The 640 Taylor site is located on the corner of Taylor Street and West 5th Street just to the northwest of the Fort Worth Club Building. The project will include 274,000 square feet of office space and 920 above- and below-grade parking spaces, and will be the first new high-rise office development in the Fort Worth CBD submarket since 2008.
640 Taylor will also boast more than 32,000 square feet of amenities housed on the 12th and 13th floors, in addition to 6,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. Amenities will include a restaurant, a full-floor state-of-the-art conference and events center, a tenant fitness center and common terraces with dramatic views of downtown Fort Worth.
Koschak, Ramsey March and Tyler Maner of Stream will oversee the leasing of the project, and Jerry Mays of Stream will provide pre-development consulting services.
