COLLEYVILLE, TX--SC 16 Village Lane Investment LLC has acquired a 12,000-square-foot mixed-use building from Irving-based Realty Capital Management LLC.

Located at 16 Village Lane in Colleyville, the building is part of the larger 26-acre mixed-use project The Village at Colleyville, which was developed by Realty Capital in 2002.

“16 Village Lane has been a stabile income producing asset over the last ten years with a nice collection of service retail and office tenants,” Jimmy Archie, managing director of Realty Capital Management, told GlobeSt.com. “We found a local buyer and management group interested in purchasing the property and we felt the time was right to sell the asset.”

The mixed-use building was fully leased to four retail tenants on the first floor and one office tenant on the second floor. The ground-floor tenants included Posh Hair Studio, The Lash Lounge, The Lodge Barbershop and Posh Body. The sole second floor tenant was Ztar Mobile. Realty Capital had owned the building since 2004 when the property was originally developed.
