DALLAS—JPI has broken ground on two multifamily developments in DFW: Jefferson Riverside and Jefferson Stonebriar.

Jefferson Riverside, located at the southwest corner of Northwest Highway and Riverside Drive in the Las Colinas Urban Center of Irving, Texas, will include 371 apartment homes. Jefferson Stonebriar located at the northeast corner of Gaylord Parkway and Ohio Drive in Frisco, will include 424 apartment homes.

Both communities are set to begin leasing in summer 2016 with completion scheduled for 2017.

In addition to Jefferson Riverside and Jefferson Stonebriar, other notable JPI communities recently completed or under construction in the area include Jefferson Creekside in Allen, Jefferson Center in Richardson, Jefferson Las Colinas and South Side Flats by Jefferson.
