AUSTIN--RealMassive, set to participate in this year's Urban Land Institute Fall Conference this week in San Francisco, will unveil Project Atlas, a next-generation mapping platform for CRE research.
CEO and co-founder Craig Hancock will joinAirbnb execJaja Jackson; Mark Gilbreath, CEO and founder of LiquidSpace; and Justin Holmes, director of corporate communications and public policy of ZipCar, in a “Commercial Real Estate Technology” trends discussion.
Throughout the conference, RealMassive team members will be giving product demonstrations of Project Atlas, which integrates RealMassive's data, first-party data and third-party data to visualize risk and opportunity at the market, submarket and property level. Users can create multiple visualizations of data, including heat maps, and animate that data over time.
“Today's commercial real estate professionals need a better way to integrate, manage and analyze information in order to make more data-driven business decisions,” Hancock told GlobeSt.com. “We developed Project Atlas in response to our customers' growing need for a quick, efficient way to visualize all available information to uncover valuable patterns and insights often hidden within the data itself.”
