HOUSTON--Transwestern has been selected by Iron Point Partners LLC to provide leasing and management services for 10700 N. Freeway in the North Belt submarket.
Transwestern's executive vice president Michelle Wogan and associate Paula Musa will provide leasing services for the 182,000-square-foot, class A office property.

Planned renovations include updates to the building exterior, lobby and restrooms, as well as replacing the existing roof with one that is energy-efficient. Also, ownership plans to add a café, tenant conference room, secured garage with tenant-only access and separate visitor parking, and on-site security, concierge service and management staff.
The building has 145,000 square feet available for lease with a typical floor plate of 19,000 square feet. Located just off Interstate 45, the building is nearby Beltway 8 and State Highway 249.
