MANAYUNK, PA — J.G. Petrucci Company's Station at Manayunk luxury apartment community took home three awards at the annual Best in Apartment Living Awards recently.

“These awards are a testament to all parties who worked tirelessly to make the Station at Manayunk a success. Special thanks go out to our management firm, Alliance Residential Company, which has done a first class job at leasing, managing, and maintaining this amazing project,” says Greg Rogerson, principal of J.G. Petrucci Company.

The Station at Manayunk won awards in all three categories honored on the night. The property won platinum (first place) in Leasing, gold (second place) in Maintenance, and silver (third place) in Community Presentation. This was the first year the Station at Manayunk had entered its name for consideration.

“It felt amazing to win the awards,” says Maegan Corcoran, Alliance Residential Company's Northeast regional manager. “It was exciting for the team to get a lot of notice from our peers in the room. We made a strong statement to the property management world and showed them that we provide a level of excellence at all times.”

The award banquet was hosted and presented by the Pennsylvania Apartment Association East. All apartment communities within the Greater Philadelphia area, including Cherry Hill, NJ, were included.

Completed in 2014, the Station at Manayunk is a 149-unit luxury apartment community with spacious one and two bedroom units. Located at 1 Parker Avenue, the community is adjacent to the Ivy Ridge SEPTA train station and features easy access to the I-76 freeway, downtown historic Manayunk, and Center City, Philadelphia.
