ROCKAWAY, NJ—Atlantic Health System has leased all 92,000 square feet in Lexington Realty Trust's 333 Mount Hope Avenue in Rockaway, NJ.

The 12-year lease was brokered by Newmark Grubb Knight Frank vice chairman David Simson, senior managing director Jamie Drummond and executive managing director Tim Greiner. The tenant was represented by Bryn Cinque, executive managing director of Colliers International.

"We were pleased by the tenants desire to grow their practice at this location and know the surrounding community will benefit from the increased accessibility of health services,” says Drummond.

Atlantic Health System has a number of nationally and regionally ranked hospitals throughout northern and central New Jersey, as well as Pennsylvania. With affiliated Atlantic Medical Group, the Atlantic Health System offers patient care from more than 600 community-based healthcare specialists. 333 Mount Hope Avenue serves as the facility for Rockaway Family Medicine Associates, where the group treats both adults and children.

After its initial lease of 64,000 square feet at 333 Mount Hope Avenue in the previous year, Atlantic Health System outgrew the space and chose to expand.
