WOODBRIDGE, VA—A source tells GlobeSt.com that a retail boulevard development with 25 or so acres of mixed-use development potential, Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center, is trading. The buyer is said to be JBG Cos. The owner of the property is a partnership ofBlackstone and Roadside Development. Request for comment by GlobeSt.com to buyer and seller were declined or not returned, respectively.

The proposed selling price, according to the source? $225 million, or $467 per square foot.

Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center is located at 14900 Potomac Town Center. Tenants include Wegmans, Apple, DSW, Old Navy and Ulta.

Roadside Development with Blackstone purchased the site from The Mills Corp. in the Spring of 2007 turning it into a 550,000 square foot boulevard of retail offerings anchored by a 138,000-square foot Wegmans Food Market.
