CHATHAM, NJ—The Garibaldi Group/CORFAC International has named Charlie Dai senior vice president of business development.
Dai has more than 20 years of marketing and business development experience in both real estate and the life sciences sector. A licensed real estate salesperson, Dai will head the growth of the firm's National Corporate Advisory Group, and support the firm's expansion within central and western New Jersey, including Hunterdon County and parts of Somerset County.
Before joining The Garibaldi Group, Dai was vice president of TellMed Strategies, a medical and pharmaceutical public relations firm, which grew nearly 500% during his tenure. His ability to evaluate real estate potential to best guide clients is further informed by his prior experiences in construction and as team lead for a Fortune 500 information services company supporting the banking industry.
