PHILADELPHIA, PA —Avison Young has made several appointments in its Philadelphia office. Jacy Bracaliello has joined as director of business development; Terry Meistering has joined as a senior project manager; digital communications specialist Tyler Skroski has joined as marketing coordinator; and attorney Ryan FitzPatrick was named a team associate.

Bracaliello previously worked for Bridgewater Associates, a global asset management firm, where she oversaw international marketing, sales, and client service efforts. She holds a Bachelor's of Marketing and International Business from the University of Maryland.

Meistering most recently was executive director of project administration for a California-based casino resort, where she managed a staff of 20 on an $800 million expansion project. From 1993 to 2008, she was vice president of the western division for Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas, NV. Meistering holds a BSE in Civil Engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from UCLA Graduate School of Management.

FitzPatrick was previously with the law firm of Lavin, O'Neil, Cedrone and DiSipio in Philadelphia, where he was an associate attorney in the Business Litigation, Industrial and Consumer Product Liability and Mass Tort Groups. A native of Berwyn, he earned a degree in Business Marketing from the Kania School of Management at the University of Scranton, Scranton, PA, and a JD from the Widener University School of Law, Harrisburg, PA.

Skroski recently completed a digital media internship with the Philadelphia Eagles during the 2014 NFL season, where he worked in the team's Content and Creative Department. Before graduating from Lebanon Valley College (Annville, PA) in May 2014, he interned with CBRE in both New  Haven, CT and Harrisburg, PA where he assisted the brokerage teams with marketing material creation and research.
