DALLAS--CREA Investments has acquired and will subsequently renovate three prime office buildings in the Dallas area: The Belvedere in Addison, The Meridian in Las Colinas and 2929 NCX in Richardson.

Cushman & Wakefield has been hired to exclusively handle leasing and management services for all three properties.

The Belvedere, which features 141,180 square feet of class A office space, will undergo renovations to corridors, restrooms, as well as the building lobby. The asset was acquired because of its quality and prime location within the Quorum area, say firm reps, which provides convenient access to North Dallas Tollway, Belt Line Road, and a host of hotels, retail stores, and dining establishments. This asset also offers 100 percent structured parking. Clint Madison and Layne Mayfield of Cushman & Wakefield will represent the owner on all leasing transactions.

"Whether it be because of location or building quality, all three of these properties already had so much appeal," Brad Enloe, principal, CREA Investments, told GlobeSt.com. "We are excited that once the renovations are complete, these already-outstanding properties will have even more to offer existing and future tenants."

The Meridian, which features 100,359 square feet of office space, will undergo large-scale renovations to all corridors, restrooms, tenant lounge and building systems. Capital improvements also will include the addition of spec suites on two prime floors. CREA Investments purchased this asset for its strategic location, convenient parking and value potential post renovation. Ward Eastman and Mayfield of Cushman & Wakefield will represent the owner on all leasing transactions.

2929 NCX, located in Richardson, features 85,089 square feet of office space. Since the acquisition, renovations to the lobby, corridors and restrooms have been completed. Spec suites ranging from 1,500 square feet to 2,000 square feet, are currently under construction. In addition, the building has been repainted. 2929 NCX offers convenient access to Central Expressway (US Highway 75) and is nearby the new mixed-use development, CityLine. Mayfield will represent the owner on all leasing transactions

Rebecca Cvar of Cushman & Wakefield will represent the owner for building management on all three assets.
