FORT WORTH--Commercial brokers Steve Fithian and James Blake have merged their Fort Worth Sperry Van Ness offices together into Sperry Van Ness / Trinity Advisors.
The merger brings together Fithian's Sperry Van Ness / Visions Commercial office and Blake's Sperry Van Ness / Summit Commercial office. The newly merged office, located at 5601 Bridge St., Ste. 504 in Fort Worth, provides commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, consulting and property management on all commercial property types.
"The commercial real estate market in DFW is so hot right now, we have had more leads than we can handle," Fithian told GlobeSt.com. "James and I looked at our businesses and realized that merging was the best way to take advantage of this growth. By combining resources, we are able to work these leads more efficiently and grow our business organically together. We are excited by the merger and where it will take us."
Fithian brings over 25 years of commercial real estate experience to enterprise. His specialty primarily has been in multifamily, but lately, his focus has been on retail and office properties. He also organizes, manages, and acts as the general partner in real estate syndications.
Blake has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience. His primary focus is retail and industrial income producing properties. He also specializes in single tenant net lease retail and is working to put together a single tenant net lease team at Sperry Van Ness / Trinity Advisors to represent clients in the purchase / sell of these popular properties.
"We both felt it was an excellent time to look at growing our companies," Blake says. "I have known Steve for 20 years, and we both have been affiliated with Sperry Van Ness for over 10 years. We are now the only Sperry Van Ness office in Fort Worth, and we are excited to capitalize on each other's strengths to grow the business."
The company has a total of six advisors and eight employees.
