BETHESDA, MD—Walker & Dunlop has brought on board two investment sales professionals from Cushman & Wakefield: Christopher Doerr and William Harvey. They will be responsible for the company's origination and execution of investment sales and equity capital raises for the multifamily asset class.

They were recruited to expand W&D's capital market footprint in the Mid-Atlantic region and the Washington, DC area in particular, the company says.

Doerr was a senior managing director for five years at Cushman & Wakefield. Before Cushman & Wakefield, he was vice president of multifamily investments for Grubb & Ellis. Harvey was an associate at Cushman & Wakefield. He was also in in the Finance department at FINRA.
