IRVINE, CA—With CoreLogic's recent new hires and investment into the multifamily arena, the sector represents a "crucial and exciting frontier" for the firm, managing director, information services Olumide Soroye tells GlobeSt.com. We have achieved that vision in the single-family housing space, where we serve realtors, lenders, insurance companies, appraisers, regulators and investors more broadly and deeply than anyone else. With the significant and growing share of multifamily segment in the overall housing mix, we aspire to increase significantly our impact on multifamily in line with our vision to power the real
estate economy.
GlobeSt.com: Why is now the right time for this refocusing?
Soroye:
This year is our 5th anniversary as a public company, and we are proud of our journey so far. We are excited about the future, and we are selecting a few additional strategic frontiers for our company to make a big difference. Multifamily is one of those areas for us.
