FORT WORTH—Fort Worth real estate veteran Jerry Bolz has partnered with Tim Bates for a new full-service commercial real estate brokerage called Worth Commercial.

The firm will serve Fort Worth and surrounding areas, providing office leasing, tenant representation of office, retail and warehouse businesses, and brokering sales of commercial investment properties.

Bolz, who has worked in DFW commercial real estate for 12 years, and Bates, with 10 years of experience, "know the service industry well and know that taking care of customers is the most important aspect of running a commercial real estate brokerage," Bolz says.

Bolz grew up in Fort Worth and graduated from Texas A&M in 1989 with a bachelor's degree in journalism, and turned to commercial real estate after 10 years as a teacher and coach at Providence Christian School and the Dallas Can! Academy.

Bates received a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA from TCU. He spent over 10 years running the custom home building/remodeling company Glendarroch Homes. Bates will continue to work there and will split time with Worth Commercial.
