MIAMI—Tyler Reynolds has joined Cushman & Wakefield's Miami office. Reynolds joins the tenant advisory group team, which also includes senior director Tony Jones and senior associate Ryan Levy and specializes in representing office tenants in South Florida. Reynolds is responsible for business development, lease negotiations, cash flow analysis and real estate consultation.
Before coming on board CushWake, Reynolds worked as an investment analyst with JLL's Florida Capital Markets Group. There he handled the financial analysis and underwriting of commercial investment opportunities across Florida.
During his JLL tenure, he produced financial modeling for over $250 million. One of his strengths is identifying and analyzing industry trends across multiple asset classes.
"He has a unique depth and breadth of knowledge and a strong track record which will be of great benefit to our clients," Jones tells GlobeSt.com. His client list includes Blackrock, Goldman Sachs, Invesco, LaSalle, MetLife, Jacobs Engineering Group, JP Morgan, Prudential Real Estate, Greystar RE Partners, Morgan Stanley, Parkway, RREEF, TIAA-CREF and Hines.
Reynolds graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate. He is a member of NAIOP and held a chair on the organization's Developing Leaders program.
CushWake recently hired one of the largest Capital Markets teams in South Florida led by Scott O'Donnell and Dominic Montazemi, acquired a multi-billion dollar agency leasing team led by executive directors Deanna Lobinsky and Travis Herring; added director Kevin D. Landersto and director Mark L. Pateman's commercial brokerage team; and opened an eighth Florida office in Stuart, which houses a nine-person team of valuation and advisory professionals led by managing director Scott Powell. These hires are on top of the talent acquired in Cushman & Wakefield's recent merger with DTZ.
