MIAMI—In a move to beef up its focus on Miami-Dade and Palm Beach County markets, Stiles Realty has brought in a veteran brokerage team. Five professionals from Miami-based Adler Realty Services are bringing their experience to Stiles' table.
The quartet of commercial real estate gurus—Joseph Drabkin, Caridad Calderin, Christina Nanan, Dustin Ozga, and Matthew Schwartz—have together inked more than $1 billion in transactions over the past 10 years. The news comes as Stiles announces its new offices at 1101 Brickell Avenue.
"This team's exposure and deep roots in those markets gives us an opportunity to quickly expand our commercial brokerage platform in South Florida," says Ken Stiles, executive vice president of Stiles. He says the new team and the new offices posture the firm to better serve clients and grow business operations in Miami-Dade and Palm Beach Counties.
Drabkin, who joins as managing director, brings over 39 years of commercial real estate experience to Stiles. Before joining Stiles, he developed a new third party brokerage platform and serviced over nine million square feet of operating commercial property at Adler. Calderin and Nanan join as associate directors. These three will work in the Miami office.
With over 20 years of combined experience, Ozga and Schwartz come on board as senior directors with a principal focus in Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Notable clients have included Cintas Corporation, DiVosta Homes, CircleBack Lending, and IP Capital Partners.
According to Stiles president Paul Marko, the new team will focus on large office and urban mixed-use projects while leveraging Stiles' full range of real estate services, including development, construction and architecture: "While the Miami and Palm Beach markets vary by demographics and scale, each benefit from a mix of talented workforces, quality residential options, premier retail destinations, and major corporations."
