BALTIMORE, MD—There is a good bit of broker reshuffling going on in Baltimore these days. The latest move is by Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, which has recruited three brokers from Cushman & Wakefield to join its local office.
They are Cristopher Abramson, who will be executive managing director-Investment Sales; Brian Kruger, who is joining as senior managing director; and Nicholas Signor as director to the Baltimore office.
A 15-year industry veteran, Abramson was executive director of the Maryland office for Cushman & Wakefield and the Vice President of Preston Partners prior to that. Kruger previously served as a director with Cushman & Wakefield's capital markets group and as an industrial leasing and sales associate at Preston Partners. Signor was as an associate at C&W for six years.
NGKF CEO Barry Gosin notes that the company has been steadily adding to its team in the Mid-Atlantic region over the past two years.
