HACKENSACK, NJ—Alfred Sanzari Enterprises completed about 515,000 square feet of transactions in 2015, a combination of new leases, renewals and lease expansions.

The firm's diverse commercial portfolio encompasses office, industrial and retail properties throughout Bergen County.

"We are pleased with the active leasing performance of our entire commercial portfolio," says Jerry L. Barta, vice president/director of leasing and marketing for Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. "2015 was a very successful year, both in terms of executing transactions and positioning our company for future growth."
